Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets and cost estimates.
- Conduct tendering processes and evaluate bids.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to optimize project costs.
- Provide advice on contractual matters and assist in contract administration.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- More than 5 years of experience, including tendering.
- Experience in interior developments is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of contract administration (CIDA SBD and FIDIC).
- Age limit: 25 – 45 years.
