Responsibilities
- Take off quantities from tender drawings.
- Identify the scope of work from the tender drawings.
- Analyze addendums and implement necessary changes.
- Quality assurance of measured works.
Quantity Surveyors
Qualifications:
- HND or equivalent.
Experience:
- 2 to 5 years experience in a similar role (Age below 30).
Skills:
- Understanding of modern construction technology.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Trainee Quantity Surveyors
Qualifications:
- HND, UK or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates with little or no experience.
*** This is a six-month training program with a guaranteed opportunity for a permanent position.
Working Times
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
