Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for staff on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
- Develop and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing feedback and support.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and improve RCM practices.
- Assist in the implementation of new RCM technologies and procedures.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
- Proven experience in training or teaching roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
