Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat, tidy, and professional manner.
- Support HR & Admin functions with coordination of the Head of Department.
- Assist in coordinating trainings, meetings, employee engagement activities, and HR & Admin activities.
- Prepare and manage HR and Administration documentation, letters, and reports.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Department when required.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidate with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Must be a permanent resident of Gampaha District.
- Age between 22 – 35 years.
- GCE Advanced Level qualification is required.
- Foundation or Certificate level qualification in HR Management or Business Management is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience in HR/administration will be an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
