Job Responsibilities
- Attract suitable candidates to achieve business goals.
- Maintain the approved budget cadre for all non-staff levels.
- Arrange recruitment campaigns when required, both internally and externally.
- Conduct poster campaigns, handbill distribution, and maintain social media platforms.
- Prepare monthly recruitment plans and action plans, and conduct daily reviews.
The Candidate Should Possess
- More than 1 year of experience in the apparel industry is preferred.
- Aged between 20-45 years.
- Pass AL or secondary education is an added advantage.
- Leadership skills, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
- Candidates residing in the Seeduwa area or willing to stay closer to the factory will be preferred.
