Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Prepare job advertisements and screen resumes.
- Schedule and conduct interviews with relevant departments.
- Maintain a candidate database and ensure timely communication.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
- Build strong relationships with technical colleges and recruitment agencies.
- Attend to police inquiries and LD inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or HR is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
