Job Profile
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships in Corporate, SME, and Retail Banking segments.
- Responsible for both assets and liability sales and achieving assigned targets.
- Identify new credit business, analyze, and appraise credit proposals while adhering to credit and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure credit applications for new and existing facilities, including renewals, are completed correctly.
- Generate Funded/Non-Funded/Fx revenue and processing fees from new/existing limits as per targets.
- Analyze and appraise new credit facilities and existing facilities for annual reviews.
Person Profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Banking.
- Graduate from a recognized university or part/full qualification in Banking.
- Professional qualification in Sales and Marketing from a recognized professional institute.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and cross-selling skills.
- Team player with the ability to work independently.
