Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products and support process improvements.
- Research and evaluate new materials to enhance product quality and performance.
- Optimize polymerization processes and scale up formulations from lab to plant.
- Maintain clear documentation of trials, specifications, and procedures.
- Support operations, troubleshoot issues, and analyze product performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree or diploma in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paint or adhesive manufacturing in a similar capacity.
- Emulsion polymerization experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with lab equipment and quality testing tools.
- Male candidates aged between 25-45 years are preferred.
