About the Role

Northern Uni is seeking motivated candidates for two Research Assistant positions for a Special Research Project. The contract is for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and institutional requirements.

Responsibilities

Conduct field research and data collection.
Analyze data using relevant analytical tools.
Prepare reports in English and Tamil.
Travel frequently for data collection and research activities.

Requirements

Position 1: Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or any Allied Health Sciences.
Position 2: Bachelor's Degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in field research.
Excellent command of English and Tamil; knowledge of Sinhala is a plus.
Prior experience as a Research Assistant or in a related research role is advantageous.
