We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the roles of Resident Manager, Room Division Manager, or Executive Chef.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage room division activities including front desk, housekeeping, and reservations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and ensure food quality and presentation.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel management or culinary leadership roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
