Residential Manager - Greenpath Regency Colombo
We are seeking a Residential Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium service apartment property, Greenpath Regency Colombo, located at 73 Greenpath, Colombo 07. This is a dynamic role for someone with hospitality experience, strong organizational skills, and a passion for guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all OTA (Online Travel Agency) accounts including Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.
- Handle guest communication, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Oversee payments, billing, and monthly accounts related to the property.
- Coordinate with outsourced teams for cleaning, laundry, security, and marketing.
- Manage utility bill payments and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and property upkeep.
Requirements
- Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or guest relations (hotel/apartment/villa experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English (written & spoken); Sinhala/Tamil an added advantage.
- Tech-savvy with experience handling Airbnb/Booking.com/OTA systems.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage outsourced teams and ensure timely service delivery.
