Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Ensure a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist with inventory and stock management.
Requirements
- Age: Below 40
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong spoken English and excellent guest presence.
- Professional, positive attitude, and readiness to hustle.
- Serious applicants only - this is a full-season commitment.
What You'll Receive
- Take-home earnings of LKR 120,000+ per month (Base salary + high season service charge).
- Free shared accommodation provided.
- Meals while on duty.
- 7-month seasonal contract: October to May.
- Work in a beachfront location with good music, a cool team, and premium guests.
