About Us
Mediclean Lanka is a leading provider of high-quality chemical products for a wide range of industries. We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at our showrooms located island-wide.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product information and help customers find the right solutions for their needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Qualifications: Passed G.C.E. A/L or G.C.E. O/L with a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, Tamil, and/or English.
- Prior experience in a sales or customer service role would be a plus, but it is not essential. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- A positive attitude, a passion for helping people, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, on a rotational basis.
