Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently correspond and follow up with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Receive and process sales orders and payments, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams.
- Gather, analyze, and maintain up-to-date market information to support sales strategies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations to track performance and support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Friendly, proactive, and professional with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala (knowledge of Tamil is a plus).
- Honest, reliable, and a loyal team player with strong multitasking abilities.
- Capable of working under pressure, supporting the team to meet targets and strict deadlines.
- Highly organized and methodical in approach to tasks.
- GCE A/L or GCE O/L with credit passes in English and Mathematics.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
