Sales Coordinator Job Description
Woodfield (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted furniture manufacturer in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team in Rajagiriya. We specialize in high-quality solid wood furniture and interior solutions, serving both residential and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent service.
- Follow up on orders and ensure timely progress until completion and final customer settlement.
- Support the sales process by coordinating with internal teams and promoting business growth.
Requirements
- Age below 40 years.
- Background in sales or project management.
- Strong customer interaction skills with a flair for promoting sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Sinhala and English (knowledge of Tamil will be an advantage).
- Proficiency in Ms Excel and good overall computer literacy.
