Sales & Customer Support Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will respond to written communications from clients, provide exceptional support, and drive sales growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or other written channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Promote and sell our products/services to meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Advanced Level
- Work Experience: Minimum 1 year
Other Information
- 5 days a week roster (Will have to work either Saturday or Sunday).
- Hybrid work roster (3 days in the office / 2 days work from home).
- Shift-based work (Shift allowance paid for Late Evening roster).
Salary Details
- Basic Salary: Rs 50,000 - 90,000
- Performance Bonus
- Shift Allowance
- Sales Commissions
