Sales & Customer Support Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Sales & Customer Support Executive to join our team. In this role, you will respond to written communications from clients, provide exceptional support, and drive sales growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to client inquiries via email, chat, or other written channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Promote and sell our products/services to meet sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer support and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Education: Advanced Level
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year

Other Information

  • 5 days a week roster (Will have to work either Saturday or Sunday).
  • Hybrid work roster (3 days in the office / 2 days work from home).
  • Shift-based work (Shift allowance paid for Late Evening roster).

Salary Details

  • Basic Salary: Rs 50,000 - 90,000
  • Performance Bonus
  • Shift Allowance
  • Sales Commissions
