Sales Engineer
About the Role
As our Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our sales team - bridging the gap between engineering and customer needs. You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, propose tailored solutions, and ensure their power systems stay reliable and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of generator services, maintenance contracts, and spare parts.
- Identify new opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare customized quotations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide ongoing technical advice and after-sales support.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the generator service, maintenance, or spare parts sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of generators, engines, and power systems.

- A confident communicator, able to connect with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in negotiation and relationship-building.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing their own pipeline independently.
