Key Responsibilities
- Reach and exceed monthly sales targets by:
- Regularly following up on inbound leads and sales inquiries.
- Pitching clients and customers to decide, buy, and use the company's products.
- Generating referral business by mining existing clientele.
- Handling existing dealer points and developing new dealer points.
- Initiate and follow up the sales process from initial contact phase till closure.
- Respond to customer/client inquiries, suggestions, complaints, and other details.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone.
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent presentation and communication skills with a good command of English and Sinhala. Tamil would be an added benefit.
- A degree or an equivalent qualification (CIM/SLIM) in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Basic IT skills are a must (Email, Internet, MS Office, etc.).
- Valid driving and riding license required.
- Team player with a pleasing personality.
