Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Offer excellent service to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, including features, benefits, and current promotions to effectively assist customers.
- Assist in the arrangement and presentation of merchandise to create an appealing store layout that drives sales.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and assist in restocking items as needed.
- Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics to help improve store operations.
- Work closely with other team members and management to achieve store objectives and maintain a cohesive work environment.
Who Do We Look For?
- At least 2 years of experience in sales within the clothing wholesale industry.
- Strong connections with local fashion chains, wholesale, and retail shops.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or certifications related to sales or retail are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.
