Sales Executive - Nawala

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to post-delivery follow-up.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned B2B clients.
- Foster long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Sales Targets & Revenue Collection:
- Meet defined monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets.
- Monitor order fulfillment, ensure timely payments, and resolve post-sales concerns.
- Sales Process Management:
- Lead the complete sales process from inquiry to delivery.
- Prepare and negotiate quotations in line with pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client specifications and timelines.
- Planning & Reporting:
- Prepare monthly sales and production forecasts.
- Maintain sales pipeline, competitor insights, and visit logs for internal reporting.
- Provide timely updates to the Head of Sales & Marketing.
- Business Development & Market Insight:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients.
- Capture market trends and potential opportunities through active field engagement.
- Operational Coordination & New Product Development (NPD):
- Liaise with QA and production teams to resolve quality issues swiftly.
- Help manage aging stock and participate in launching new product trials based on customer feedback.
Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:
- One year in B2B sales, account management, or client servicing.
- Industry experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production-based sectors preferred.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel regularly (valid driving license required).
