About Us

Our development is the first mixed-use project in Sri Lanka approved for both Residential and Serviced apartments, built to international standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Build rapport and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Promote upmarket living to potential customers, both domestic and international.
- Collaborate with domestic and international Real Estate Agents.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Sales or customer service.
- Industry Experience: Background in Real-Estate, High-End Luxury brands, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Age: Below 35 years.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English and telephone etiquette.
- Experience managing international customers is an advantage.
- Education: Preference for candidates with part qualification in CIM/SLIM or an equivalent diploma/degree.
- Other: Flexibility to work on weekends.
