Kent Ridge (Pvt) Ltd is a reputed building material manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, with several decades of industry presence in hardware products. We are expanding our business and invite applications for the position of Sales Manager (B2B).

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key clients and build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop new business opportunities & projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Report sales performance to management.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years' B2B sales experience (experience in handling flooring tile projects will be considered an added advantage).
  • Strong negotiation, client management & communication skills.
  • Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business (preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet targets in competitive markets.
