Responsibilities
- Drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Promote upmarket living to domestic and international clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies.
Candidate Profile
Experience and Age:
- Around 8 to 10 years of proven sales experience, including supervisory or managerial roles.
- Prior experience in selling luxury residences or high-end lifestyle products is advantageous.
- Experience working with foreigners and expatriates is a plus.
- Below 45 years of age.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to speak Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong sales acumen.
Educational Qualifications:
- A degree or professional qualification in Marketing (e.g., CIM, SLIM or equivalent).
- An MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Other Requirements:
- Must be flexible to work on weekends.
- Preference for candidates from the Kandy District, but applicants from Colombo will be considered with relocation allowance.
