Sales Manager - Packaging Sector
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales plans, strategies, and processes to achieve company objectives.
- Achieve a minimum of 90% of the overall sales target, including quantity-wise product targets.
- Oversee and manage daily sales activities for the assigned customer base, while identifying and onboarding new customers.
- Prepare and submit all required sales reports in accordance with prescribed formats and within specified deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders through planned meetings and regular customer visits.
- Drive continuous growth of existing customers and expand the company’s product portfolio within the market.
- Actively participate in product improvement initiatives and New Product Development (NPD) activities.
- Contribute consistently to brand development and market presence through effective sales and customer engagement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the profession.
- Attitude: Must be confident and handle pressure situations in a dynamic environment.
- Completed Professional Qualification(s)/Degree(s) in the related field (CIM/SLIM).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
