Responsibilities

Generate leads and build relationships with high-end clients.
Close deals and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction.
Present proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
Manage relationships with luxury clients, developers, and corporate offices.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales within the architectural, interior design, or construction industry.
Strong sales and business development skills.
Knowledge of architectural and interior design services.
Experience in client relationship management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and results-oriented.
Fluency in Tamil is an added advantage.
