Responsibilities
- Sales & Marketing Head - Inbound:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of inbound marketing strategies.
- Manage lead generation and sales funnel optimization.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve business goals.
- Maintain relationships with agents through effective communication.
- Tour Executive - Inbound:
- Manage logistics and customer service aspects of tour packages.
- Plan itineraries and coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transportation, etc.).
- Handle bookings and ensure a smooth travel experience for clients.
- Maintain relationships with agents through effective communication.
Requirements
- Excellent command of English and good communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Self-motivated and passionate about the industry.
- Experience in a similar role and capacity.
- Ability to design itineraries and quotations.
- Strong customer service mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, responsible, and team-oriented personality.
