Job Responsibilities
- Engage in all secretarial functions including systematic documentation.
- Maintain regular correspondence with Partners, Departmental Heads, staff, and clients.
- Ensure utmost confidentiality regarding internal and external matters.
- Efficiently multitask and manage multiple Partners' calendars with precision.
- Demonstrate a high level of efficiency in all aspects of the role.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Fully conversant in MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Email, and Internet.
- Pleasant disposition with a flexible attitude.
- Outgoing personality with a "can do" attitude.
