Your Role:
- Review subsidiary level financial reports for accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monitor financial performance of subsidiaries, identifying variances and suggesting corrective actions.
- Review team operations to ensure alignment with company policies and deadlines.
- Stay updated on changes to standards and tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide management with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify financial discrepancies.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized University or Institute.
- Professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in auditing, including 2 years in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of taxation and accounting standards.
- High standard of technical, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and exercise initiative with minimal supervision.
- Capacity to identify financial issues and implement solutions effectively.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in MS Office and Advanced Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
