Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing on products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality issues and provide solutions.
- Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and trends.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior QA staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
