Senior Designer - Revit & BIM Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with strong Revit and BIM expertise to manage high-profile interior design projects for Dubai while working from Sri Lanka. This role involves leading design stages, coordinating with international teams, and delivering high-quality, compliant design solutions using BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead interior design projects from concept to completion for Dubai-based developments.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and space planning.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, drawings, and construction documentation using Revit and BIM.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants remotely.
- Present design proposals to clients through virtual meetings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures suitable for Dubai standards.
- Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and authority requirements.
- Maintain design quality, accuracy, timelines, and budgets.
- Support and guide junior designers.
- Assist in BIM standards, workflows, and documentation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional interior design experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Revit and BIM workflows (mandatory).
- Experience with international or Middle East projects is an advantage.
- Strong portfolio with completed residential or commercial projects.
- Good communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work with remote teams.
- Willingness to travel for site visits or meetings when required.
