About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising across major e-commerce and digital platforms. This role is responsible for driving traffic growth, improving conversion performance, and supporting overall sales objectives through data-driven advertising strategies.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Google, eBay, and other digital channels.
- Take ownership of advertising performance, focusing on ROI, sales growth, and efficiency.
- Analyze campaign data to optimize account structure, bidding strategies, and budget allocation.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA, sales) and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Optimize ad creatives, keywords, and product listings to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
- Support promotional campaigns, seasonal sales, and key business initiatives.
- Maintain account health and ensure compliance with platform policies.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights to support business and marketing decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or digital advertising (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, eBay Ads, or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce advertising logic.
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Results-driven mindset with strong ownership and execution ability.
- Ability to manage campaigns independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

- Experience managing multiple accounts or multiple product lines.
