Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of IT service management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and improve IT service performance metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT service management processes.
- Identify and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in scripting and automation tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
