Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote inbound/outbound tours.
- Manage digital campaigns and social media platforms targeting international audiences.
- Build and maintain partnerships with overseas travel agents, DMCs, and tour operators.
- Plan and execute promotional events, roadshows, and travel fairs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing (preferably in the travel & tourism industry).
- Strong knowledge of inbound tourism markets and travel trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Creative, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
