Key Responsibilities
- Maintain FG warehouse inventories as per the plan.
- Achieve IBL & OBL KPIs (DIFOT, stock variance, days on hand, customer service, etc.).
- Coordinate with Sales, Planning, and Production divisions for smooth operations & customer service.
- Maintain FIFO in inventories.
- Take 100% ownership & responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Suggest new logistic models to improve and enhance the distribution process.
- Carry out monthly or random stock verifications and report any variations to the directors.
- Maintain accurate records in stores and ensure high inventory accuracy.
Key Requirements
- Age between 25 to 40 years.
- Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management from a recognized university.
- More than 2 years of experience in supply chain / logistic operations in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with MS Office Package and ERP Systems.
- Sound knowledge in inventory management and handling stock-related functions.
- Knowledge in warehouse operations including TIEP requirements.
- Ability to analyze data, suggest solutions, and lead initiatives.
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and resilience under pressure.
