Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with branches and business units to achieve their objectives, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately handle payment processing and system entries, maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.
- Contribute to operational processes within the operations department, actively seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Demonstrate flexibility by working in various units within the department as needed.
- Provide support to the operations department to ensure the timely delivery of expected results.
Experience / Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of overall experience in the Executive grade, with a track record of handling similar responsibilities.
- Ability to lead a team to achieve common objectives in a challenging environment.
- Knowledge in MS Excel will be considered an added advantage.
- Must have passed G.C.E (O/L) and G.C.E. (A/L).
