Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Design Head and design team on seasonal concepts, design development, and storytelling.
- Support in the creation of capsule collections, bridging concept and production with precision and creativity.
- Prepare and maintain design documentation including tech packs with specifications, range plans, and fabric/trim trackers.
- Oversee print, colour, and fabric development, collaborating with suppliers to ensure quality and troubleshoot any production challenges.
- Support creative projects, collaborations, and photoshoots.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
- 2–5 years of proven experience in a similar role, focusing on leadership responsibilities.
- Solid understanding of garment construction, materials, and trims, specifically knitwear and woven development.
- Strong creative vision and aesthetic sensibility, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Comfortable with Adobe software needed to create tech packs and CADs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
