Position Overview
As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create visually compelling designs that elevate our brand's identity. You will collaborate closely with our production and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute artwork for apparel products, promotional materials, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging designs for knitted apparel, including prints and patterns.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop) for detailed artwork.
- Apply expertise in color theory and design principles to create appealing digital designs.
- Research industry trends and monitor competitors to stay ahead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for branding and promotional assets.
- Operate and maintain digital printing machinery, ensuring high-quality output.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software.
- Understanding of apparel manufacturing processes and printing techniques.
- Strong eye for detail, color matching, and typography.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with design trends.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fast fashion or apparel industry.
- Familiarity with promotional materials and advertising assets.
- Ability to create custom illustrations and sketches.
