Requirements
Senior HR Executive
- Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources Management / Business Management.
- 2-3 years of experience in a senior HR executive role.
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office.
HR Executive
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HRM/Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR executive role.
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
