Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans across retail and SME segments.
- Lead credit evaluation, documentation, and approval processes for leasing products.
- Manage and mentor leasing teams across multiple branches.
- Drive business development through field visits and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations and internal risk frameworks.
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement recovery strategies.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in leasing operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle and equipment leasing, credit analysis, and documentation.
- Proven ability to lead sales teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Professional qualifications in Finance, Banking, or Business Management preferred.
