About the Role
We're looking for a strategic and people-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, develop robust hiring strategies, and build a strong talent pipeline to support Legacy Health's dynamic workforce needs. This position is ideal for someone with a proven track record in high-volume hiring and a passion for identifying top talent in fast-paced environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Leverage recruitment KPIs to refine and optimize hiring strategies.
- Strategically source and attract candidates to meet evolving operational needs.
- Maintain and grow a network of qualified candidates across various industries.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, preferably in KPO/BPO environments.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment and engage diverse candidate pools.
- Experience recruiting school leavers and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work according to standard US hours (1:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sri Lanka Time) and manage a US-based calendar.
