Senior MEP Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical design and development of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Guide and prepare technical reports, specifications, BOQ, and maintenance reports.
- Oversee project execution and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
- Ensure compliance with local and international engineering codes and standards.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in mechanical building services or industrial projects.
- Professional Engineering License (or eligibility) is an added advantage.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant simulation software.
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
