About the Role
Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd. has been a trusted provider of nursing services since 2007. With over 1600 staff members, we offer home nursing, nursing home facilities, industrial nursing services, and 24-hour ambulance services. We are looking for a dedicated Senior Nurse/Nursing Sister to join our compassionate team.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience registered with the Sri Lanka Medical Council.
- Ability to stay and work inside the nursing home (separate room and meals provided free of charge).
- Enthusiastic and personable demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Age between 35 - 65 years.
Working Hours
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday being a half-day.
What We Offer
- Salary around Rs 100,000 to 110,000 per month.
