Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the Surgical & Medical units.
- Ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
- Manage nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in clinical practices.
- Handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification (valid SLMC registration).
- 8-10 years of nursing experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
- Strong clinical knowledge in surgical & medical nursing practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Previous experience in a reputed hospital setting is an advantage.
