Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP/ISO standards and company SOPs.
- Oversee and validate the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor documentation and maintain quality records accurately.
- Drive on-time delivery of QA-related activities.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with clients when required.
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Pharmacy / Chemistry / Bioscience (or equivalent).
- 2-3 years of QA experience (pharmaceutical, food, or manufacturing industry preferred).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Certificate/Diploma in Quality Management will be an added advantage.
- Strong team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and under pressure.
