About Us

The Creative Space Engineering (Pvt) Ltd is a leading house and building construction company in Sri Lanka, seeking a qualified candidate for the Senior Quantity Surveyor position based in our office in Imbulgoda, Kadawatha.

Responsibilities

Taking off measurements.
Preparing Bill of Quantities.
Preparing rate breakdowns.
Preparation of interim payments.
Documentation and managing emails.

Requirements

Degree, Diploma, or NCT with 3 years of experience or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Knowledge of working drawings.
Sound knowledge in AutoCAD is a must.
Ability to work extended hours and achieve daily targets.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Quantity Surveyor is preferred.
