Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the security function in a manufacturing environment.
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange resources to maintain security under pressure.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies.
- Supervise security personnel and conduct regular training.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents effectively.
Requirements
- Early retired officers of the Armed Forces or Police are encouraged to apply.
- At least 5 years of experience in leading security functions in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards the job.
- Committed, hardworking, and self-motivated individual with a great personality.
- Age should be between 35 - 50 years.
- Able to work long and extended hours.
