Senior Supervisor/Supervisor - Cold Storage

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily cold room blast freezer operations
Monitor temperatures and ensure correct handling and storage of products
Maintain operational records and checklists
Supervise loading, unloading, and stock movement
Report issues related to equipment, temperature deviations, or product quality

Requirements:

Certificate or Diploma in Manufacturing, Operations Management, Cold Chain Management, or a related field is an added advantage
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in cold storage or freezer operations
Experience in the meat processing industry will be an added advantage
Good communication and team supervision skills
