Position Purpose
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of business applications by monitoring system performance, supporting configurations, and assisting in change implementation. The Senior Systems Analyst acts as a bridge between users and technical teams, providing Level 2 support and maintaining system continuity.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and report irregularities.
- Help update system configuration based on user or project needs.
- Coordinate with the IT team for system changes or fixes.
- Participate in user training sessions and offer basic application support.
- Support backup and recovery plans for business applications.
- Track and log application issues raised by users for resolution.
- Provide Level 2 support.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Reduction in application downtime.
- Timely resolution of system issues.
- Accuracy in system configuration updates.
- Quality of user support.
Job Requirements
Education and Required Qualifications
- Master's in Information Systems or related field.
- Bachelor's in IT or relevant discipline.
- Sound knowledge of WFX/SAP and FR.
Experience
- 4+ years of experience in system analysis or business application support.
