Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries and bookings efficiently, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Monitor travel trends and customer feedback to enhance service offerings.
- Assist in marketing initiatives to promote inbound travel packages.
- Participate in travel fairs and exhibitions to represent the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inbound travel or tour operations.
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, attractions, and cultural experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and travel booking software.
