Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with sewing machines.
- Perform routine maintenance on sewing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Test sewing machines to ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance performed and update those in CMMS.
- Provide general training and support to sewing machine operators.
Requirements
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- At least 2 years of experience as a sewing mechanic.
